I figured out a way to increase subscriber revenues, using specific phrasing: *A deposit may be required to establish service. - residential: 2x average monthly bill - non-residential: 2x maximum monthly bill - commercial: not applicable Can anyone tell me the numbers for PGE, which is the prefix, of their phone number, please?
